Our Boarding Requirements
Our boarding requirement are as follows:
- Dogs must be current on their distemper, rabies, Bordetella, and parvovirus vaccines.
- Cats must be current on their distemper (FVRCP) and rabies vaccines.
If we do not have a vaccine history for your pet at time of check-in, we will need to receive it within 24 hours after drop-off. If vaccine history is not provided, vaccination will be required at the owner's expense prior to check-out.
If your pet is under 18 weeks of age and not fully vaccinated, owners will be required to sign an AMA (Against Medical Advice) form acknowledging the risks associated with boarding an under-vaccinated pet.
If your pet has fleas at time of drop off, we will administer a Capstar tablet at the owner's expense to kill any remaining fleas present.
Please fax your pet's medical records to us at (205) 629-5699 or email records.branchvilleah@gmail.com prior to their stay.
